Our Story
It all started with a leave of absence.
Jaime Klein, the founder of Inspire HR, loved her work in HR at a major financial institution and planned to work there for a long time. Then, her doctor shared some big news: she was pregnant…with twins…and would eventually be on bed rest for 2+ months. She immediately turned to her closest coworker, who said, “Don’t worry, I’ll cover for you while you’re out.”
